Accidents happen and we should be always ready when it does. It is important to know what to do in case you'll encounter some accidents. It is always good to have a first aid kit available. Keep one at home and one at your car so you'll be ready when emergency happens. Knowing what to do can save someone's life. If it is a life threatening emergencies you should call 911. However, if some can just be cured at once you should know how and what to do to apply first aid, you can also make a first aid guide so you won't forget what to do in case of emergency. Have you saved or cured someone for using first aid? Do you think we should really know what's the first aid or cure for emergency situations?

I think that everyone should know CPR. Even if we aren't licensed officially, we really should know the basics of doing it. I have passed the first aid kits being sold right now in Walmart. I keep telling myself to buy one, but there are just so many other things I need to spend my money on. Maybe with my next MyLot check I'll invest in a first aid kit. Thanks for the important reminder, Claire.

Yes I think its important we know what's the first aid or cure for emergency situations or at least the basics. I agree on most of what you've mentioned is true. Sometimes accident happens and it is good to be prepared and to know fisrt aid. :-)

Well although I know basic first aid, I am lucky that I haven't used it because I always wish that everybody is safe. First aid is used not to replace the doctor but to extend the life of a person/victim until the physician or emergency team arrives, this is what I've learned when I was having a crash course on Elementary First Aid.
I learned how to perform CPR and AR, to which is really not that easy to do. We were also taught how to treat minor injuries, like burns and wounds. I believe that it is important to all of us to atleast have knowledge in saving lives, because we will never know when we'll really need it.

I have a height and health chart with basic first aid knowledge including CPR. I've had it ever since I was 6. I know a lot about first aid, but of course I should take a real class. Still, even reading and knowing about it could indeed save a life one day. I also have first aid kits, that I change up every once in awhile.
