Do you have a griddle? / myLot

I would have to say its one the best things my husband could have ever bought me. It has made cooking breakfast so much easier. I like that I can cook the bacon & the eggs at the same time if I need too. I like that when I make grilled cheese sandwiches I can make them for everyone at the same time. Plus its easy to clean.

I have a griddle in my kitchen. I find it very convenient to cook some eggs when I want to fry it. Like what you say, it is easier to wash. I love my griddle as much as you do.

I don't currently have one but have been thinking hard about getting one. It would make pancakes and grilled sandwiches ever so much easier. We don't do a lot of bacon. How does it work to do the eggs on it? I'd think they'd spread too far too fast.

I cook with a lot of cast iron cookware, and one of them includes a griddle. I absolutely LOVE it! I can cook a large breakfast all at once with it.
