The only time I have an afternoon snooze is after my big Christmas Turkey dinner when I eat too much it totally knocks me out, and on Christmas day after dinner I will sleep a couple of hours in the afternoon. The rest of the year I never sleep in the afternoon because it interupts my sleeping patterns at night. I get 9 hours sleep a day which is enough for me I don't feel or need to have any more.

I miss my naps!!! Now that I have gone back to work, I don't get to take a nap that much anymore.
And I have enjoyed my naps because I am known for not getting much sleep to begin with. Honestly, I think it is the naps sometimes when I get my best sleep. At night, I will toss and turn and be awake for most of the night.
But come mid-morning, I get really sleepy. ha ha
So....a nap? Oh! I love taking a nap! :) But I haven't been able to lately.
Stupid work. ha ha

I love sleeping and naps in general and I'm so tired these days I try to grab a nap whenever my baby sleeps. But when he sleeps is also me time, time to get things done, when not connected to an umbilical cord. T

Yes, I can especially if I have so many work to do. But right now, i am on a diet so i am trying my best not to take a nap in the afternoon but instead just engage on online programs. Sleeping too long in the afternoon may build up fats.

I never snooze in the afternoon. Once I am up I am up. I sometimes wish that I could sleep at different times of the day especially when I am sick but I just can't do it.
