I've been spinning for a year now and I still love it. However, much to my dismay, my favorite shop is going out of business. Bonnie, the owner has been trying to sell her shop, Creative fibers, for over a year now. She has just recently bought a house out in my area and has deciced to close shop in Minneapolis. Now I don't have a place to go to get my fibers supplies!
Spinning yarn is so relaxing. But I can still use a few tips on how to keep my yarn one size. I'm getting better, but any help is welcome!

Its just a case of practice, after a while you'll find it almost impossible to spin a textured yarn even if you want to! As for fibres, find some local smallholders or farmers and buy direct from eth produces, its a much nicer way to spin and you can then say you knew the animal it came from!
