mobile phone is a very in thing today. Its a necessity for communication, or just want to be in fashion having the latest brand of it. in this world of busy and fast communication needed, have you tried even for a day not to use your cellphone? How was the feeling? Why did you not use your phone? You think you still can do it but for longer time now?

For me, life without a cellphone is almost impossible.. Its more of a necessity for me than a style statement.. I do have the latest cellphn but I don't see it as a mere fashion object.. It helps me a lot in day to day work.. I can listen to music on it, store lots of movies, important data can also be stored in it.. There are a whole lotta uses of a cellphones these days, and its not just making and recieving calls nemore...

I'm not interested in being cool so I own some phone- i have no idea what brand or any of that. I don't even know what it is capable of doing. I just have it to talk to other people with the same service or for emergencies on the road. I could go weeks without having a cell phone- it isn't something I need to have.
I actually try to avoid using it most of the time because I don't have earphones or a wireless ear piece. I don't like the idea of the radiation emitted from it going into my head. And did you know that if a male keeps a cell phone near his genital area that it could reduce his sperm count? So if I were to invest in anything to make me or my cell phone "cool" it would be something to keep the phone as far away from my body as possible.
Not using it for a day feels great because my headaches aren't as bad on the days that I don't use one!!

There has been some research done by some health nuts. I am a health nut (in some manners) so I read the stuff that they publish.
The specific article I read a few months ago mentioned the fact that many people keep their cell phones near their reproductive organs and they mention a possible link between the rise of infertility and the rise of cell phone usage. So far there has been no concrete proof that nothing happens!

really? was there a scientific study regarding that matter? you know, guys tend to put their phone in the front pocket of their pants. but radiation indeed is one of the thing cell phone carries that could affect it. it is my first time to hear about the genital and cell phone issue though. i'll research about it.

Forget everything but your mobile phone! It is a necessity for communication, transactions and obtaining other informations. It can also be a companion, status symbol, accessory, alarm, organizer, radio and etc...etc... But let us not detach ourselves to reality. Relying too much on this gadget maybe destructive.

Yes, I would agree that mobile phones are important. They bridge the gaps among individuals. They add up to your gadgets and accessories. You may even look more hi tech and hip hop with it. And it also suggests a certain social status. A status that you belong to an established class of people in society. That is based from my country's perspective of it. But to some extent, you can still live without it. There will come a time that it will just be an impedement to live peacefully. And to sleep well at night. Yes, I have tried these already. My co workers kept on calling me for some added job in the office. That will truly make you sick and tired after all. It hinders your privacy at times. Well, well, well. What can we do? We should think of its nuts and bolts before our final say about it.
