do you feel hungry if you are awake in late night?

No matter how much i eat, if i am staying awake till 1 a.m. i will definitely start to feel hungry and search all over the house in the dark for some snacks. How about you?

Yeah.. always when i access the internet at daybreak i'm starving... i some snacks and drink juice... it seems like i can to eat all the foods of the freezer!!!

I'm a late night eater, too. My personal care assistants usually go to sleep, but leave me loads of snacks like popcorn, chips, or fruit. Then I go to bed whenever; I can't go to bed with an empty belly or I won't sleep.

Yeah, it happens to me too. It depends on how early you eat in the evening and that will determine how soon you'll be hungry if you stay up too late. It's the way for your body to tell you "feed me now". Fun, isn't it?!!
