how do i deal with with pains in ankles

my left arm & foot was injured in a series of incidents and altough i was under medication it still pains sometimes and sometimes it makes me worry and let me think that it will let to serious complication in life later..so my lotters can you pliz give advises for taking care of it

I do experienced pains in my ankles and joints in my foot.. I just apply hot oil or ointment to ease the pain. How about you what medication do you take... Do you think it is still advisable for me to wear high heels when I am experiencing such pain over my ankless at foot.
