Do you pray before you eat?

I remember when I did this every morning - I was raised up in a church setting and was taught good morals & values.

I try to say a word or two and Thank the Lord for blessing me to wake up every morning. But my ritual is running a little thin these days. And I read my Daily Bread at my desk when there is nothing to do. But to take a Sunday morning and actually go to church, that I haven't done and I feel guilty for not doing it. Because I always promise that "Lord if you just get me out of this one" I'll do this or that. I do thank him everyday though. What do you think?

Yes, my family prays before diner on most nights, sometimes we don't but usually we do. We always say the same prayer before dinner.

Actually I need to get back into the habit of doing this. I grew up doing it but kind of got out of the habit. Wish me luck!! **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~
