What is your favorite saying?

What saying do you find yourself repeating most of the time? For me I find myself constantly ending a sentence or conversation with "You know what I mean" or "You know what I'm saying" I get that from my mother- as I realized she uses those saying twice as much as I do. So what do you find yourself saying a lot? And phrases you just can't shake?

I have a lot of crutches. (That's what they're called really. Those things you say over and over, most of the time without realizing it) I picked up a few from my friends too, which is really annoying.
I say "Nice" a lot.
Like someone says "omg look what i did" spilled water all over themselves. so i respond.."Nice"
I also use the phrase "Rock that" a lot. see a shirt i like.. "i'd rock that"
I picked up "I'm just saying!" from my friend who says that all the time!
I have a lot of crutches but when I have to list them, I forget.

I never realized just how much I use the word "Nice" until you mentioned it here I am guilty of over using that phrase as well.

I am sarcastic by nature- or so I've been told and my mother used to say that saying to me all the time as a kid- when I asked for something ridiculous of course ;) I find myself using it quite often as well ;)

"you lied when you said that" or "you ain't never lied"
that seems to be the latest fade for me right now. Oh "your lying" that one too.

"you ain't never lied" is one of my all time favorites. My other very favorite saying is "SHUTUP"- when someone says something to me that is hard to believe.

Seriously
"He aint quite right"
"Man he sure is 'can't get right' ain't he?"
'Or something' at the end of some sentences
"you'd have better luck finding a leprechaun riding a unicorn."
"know what I mean"
"fail" whenever something I encounter really stinks
'full of win' used sarcastically at something cruddy
Jokingly
"Victory is Life!"
"For the horde!"
'desu' at the end of a few sentences
