Do you talk while you sleep?

Some people talk while they sleep, i don't really know what's the reason to this or what causes it. i guess, when we have a dream we tend to talk more while we sleep. There's some nights that my brother use to talk while he sleeps, we just laugh at him in the morning when he wakes up and ask him what's he's talking about but most of the time he couldn't remember. I don't like to talk while i sleep cause i would not probably remember also what am i talking and that would be hard. I am glad i don't do that when i sleep. How about you, do you also know somebody who talks while they sleep? Do you think it's good if we talk while we are sleeping? Do you know if you talk while you are asleep? share it to us. :)

I do not know if I do, my husband says that I do and I saw that he does, however neither of us make much sense so we are probably answering someone in the dream we are having at the moment. But even if you do, you will not remember it. It is usually because of some previous problem and it does have no connection with your dreams. The only one who could tell you would be someone near you, who is awake at the moment, since you are doing the talking in your deep sleep. I do not know if it is good, unless you blurt out something that you should not.

Yes,I did murmur when I'm sleeping.Once my mother told me that I talked to her last night when I was sleeping.I was so surprised coz I didn't believe I did this.Fortunatelly,my mother couldn't hear clearly what I said.I just guess I maybe so exhausted so I talked in my dream.Luckly,I seldom talk while I sleep.
And in my dorm,I have heared my dormmates talked when they are sleeping.They, as well as me,cannot believe they did talk when they are sleeping.

yah, i guess we can't just believe we do this unless someone tells us. i'm thinking maybe when we're dreaming that's the time we tend to talk while we sleep and when we wake up we don't even know that we are talking last nyt in our sleep. It was just once that my brother told me i talked while i was sleeping but he use to tease me a lot so i don't know if it's really true. my husband never heard me talk while i sleep so maybe it just happened once when i was still young.

Oh yes I always talk in my sleep thats what Ive been told anyway.LOL I think when we are dreaming something so intense that we speak out in our dreams. I heard my husband talk in his sleep the other night.LOL

Yeah my brother talking while sleeping before...i try to know what hes talking about but then i can't understand.lol hehehe..Well me im not talking while sleeping.thank you and god bless!

i'm the same thing too, when my brother's talking in his sleep i couldn't understand what he is saying so i just let it go, but in the morning i like to tease him about it and just kid around that he says something like this and that, but he won't give in because he knows i'm just pulling his leg. hehehe.. :)

maybe sometimes.when I have a dream maybe I will talk loudly.I think it is a relief of stress,so I think it is a good way to get out of pressure.

Not that I am aware of. Although I do tend to move and turn alot from side to side in my sleep. But talking, it is hard to know unless someone tells you I guess. And no one has to date.

I dont think I talk in my sleep, but my husband has and I talked back to him and he answered me! lol I was trying not to laugh as to wake him up, I really wanted to see how far this would go! lol He woke up not long into the conversation and was looking at me as if I had done something to him. I guess the grin on my face and my efforts to keep from laughing had him confused. He didnt believe me until I told him our conversation and then he agreed that he had been dreaming about telling one of the trainers at work how to get the harness on one of their more uncooperative horses. lol

i don't know that i talking while sleeping or not.i think no.because i know that most of the time i'm snooring...lolz...this is what my friends n parents told me.

Most people do talk during sleep. In my family all of us talk; i have heard others do; but never heard myself talk, but my wife says i talk a lot. I am an easy going type take the sleep talk as natural doesn't really bothers me as most dream talks don't really make any sense.

I never talk but i am quite sure that when i have some of those awful nightmares where i am fully involved and i am so scared to call my mother i start talking:) Normally no one told me about me talking during my sleeping time but i saw some friends who was talking and i tried to interact with them and they answered to me. Many people suggested me no to do that because they should be left dreaming, that's all :)

one of my friends,she is.I also do not know why. somebody say that is because there is too much mind in heart .hehe ,maybe.Thanks god that I don't .In fact,the first time my friend say sth at night ,we all afriad.

I don't think I talk in my sleep, although once while I was dreaming I was laughing so hard in my dream that I woke myself up because I was really giggling in my sleep. Even though it was a light giggle it was still enough to wake me up.
Last night I screamed a few times in my dream, but when I asked my husband if he heard me yell out during the night he told me no. So I guess I wasn't so loud in my dream that it came out while I was sleeping.

yes,very often...once i slept early in the night i talk too much,that my roomate waked me up,"hi,if you do not let us sleep with so much nonsense words,we would like to kick you down to the floor"...
