MIDO80 now i take bath first and then anything else , before i quit smoking i was smoke one cigerate before taking bath.

Are you smoking? I wonder how can I stop smoking, I just can't... I tried but I just feel the everytime.. I've seen a lot of medical stements about why I should quit, I simply can't... can you help me with this?

MIDO80 I quit smoking by promising that i will not smoke cigerate for one week and when the week finished i find that my health become beteer so i continued , now it is th 16 th day .good luck
