That's wonderful. I am really happy for you. Just think how much more energy you'll have now. I bet you'll be ready to run a marathon in a few days. lol Even if you gain a few pounds, you're so thin, it won't hurt you much. Anyway, you'll have more energy, to work out. Take care.

way to go Mido80,I quit in 1990 and still find myself wanting once in a while when depression gets bad,but it only lasts a few seconds and gone again.
It is hard,but worth it,yes you can gain some seight but if you are careful it may not be to much.

Thats good and it is good for you. I think you are successful to do it. Congratulation and I know that is one of the side effect of quitting smoking and someday the pain will lost also.
