Have you ever ate "headcheese"from a pig?What about pickled pigs feet?(toes)

I have heard of both. Head cheese is nothing but the fat from the head and some other food stuffs chucked into it. I gag at the sight of it so I will not be trying that anytime soon or late!
Pickled pigs feet is a different story. I have had baked pigs feet and they are wonderful, but I have never tried pickled. Maybe, since no one in the family cooks them anymore, I will try them. Hopefully they are as good as baked.

Never ate headcheese but Mom always had a jar of pickled pig's feet in the refrig. They are really good. I have even eaten beef brains scrambled with eggs. Can't get the beef brains in the stores anymore tho--something about the way tha cattle are killed.
