Missypanther64 Never ate headcheese but Mom always had a jar of pickled pig's feet in the refrig. They are really good. I have even eaten beef brains scrambled with eggs. Can't get the beef brains in the stores anymore tho--something about the way tha cattle are killed.

Missypanther64 I fully understand as I am in the same boat. If when you can purchase a fancy machine that does everything but cook you breaksfast the secret is to take the lessons at the dealer on how to use it. Otherwise you will not use it to its full capacity.
