Started diet today. Whats your diet?

Today I started my diet. My baby is 3 months old now and I am breastfeeding. I weight 140 right now but I want to get back to pre pre pregnancy weight of 115 or I would be happy at 120. I'm counting calories and walking on my lateral thigh trainer machine until my legs burn so bad I can't go anymore. I do that a couple of times a day. I've been using babyfit.com to count what I eat all day long since I am breastfeeding. The only thing is it doesn't have a button saying that I'm breastfeeding so its like I'm still eating for pregnancy. What kind of diet are you on and how has it been working for you? What do you do to stay focused on your diet and not go off of it?

You sound just like me. I weigh 140 and I'm trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Well, actually maybe to 115 or 120. I weighed 110 before my son was born. I've been watching what I eat and trying to walk or do some kind of exercise each day. I haven't heard about babyfit.com, I will have to check that out.
