Rating Do you do it? If not Please do

I have only just found out about the rating system and I was wondering just how many people don't know about it.
The rating system is to do with the star that comes by your user name. By the right hand side of each discussion and response there is a + sign and a - sign if you think the discussion is relevant you plus it if you think it is a useless discussion you minus it.
I have now started to rate each discussion after I read them.
Is it something you all do or are you just finding out about it?

Yes it also is automatic for me after all this time I've been here.
I have only used the negative for discussions that were a clear violation of the guidelines. Never any other time though.

Yes now that I know about this rating thing I do it automatically as I finish reading the discussion. It is a way of letting me know that I have read that one anyway.

I rate positive if its a good discussion or a good post. Or if its bad I'll rate negative. Other times I'm rather generous to friends and people responding to my created discussions.
If you don't think people rate, look some of my past posts. You'll find some common ones, but you'll also find some pretty awesome ones. Look at those then look at my rating again. Surely someone or some people are rating/vandalizing in this case.

I do regularly vote people who did a intersting discussion no matter it is a negative one or positive as long as it attract me .

Yes coz it isen't to do with whether or not you agree but more to do with if it got you interested don't you think?

Ever since I became a member I make sure to rate each and
every discussion and the responses there as well. I feel
the star rating is over hyped though. Have fun here and a

Hi there, well i do know about it already as i am here in for 7months now and those ratings "+", "-", "!" can make our Star Rating to boost up if we collected many possitive "+" ratings to our responses.
That's why i always give positive rates all my responders whenever they post their responses into my own discussions.
