mental abilities

people's mental ability, their capacity to perform the higher mental processes of reasoning, understanding, problem solving (in short- intelligence) always differs from person to person. can u say the reason for difference in intelligence from person to person?

its becoz of their genes and the environment they are in as u said nature or nuture in the previous question
