Today, psychologists recognize that both nature and nurture interact to influence the developmental process of human. The environment (nurture) can determine if a genetic tendency (nurture) is expressed, and genetic tendencies (nature)can evoke particular responses from the environment (nurture). THE QUESTION IS ..... WHICH DOMINATES THE HUMAN DEVELOPMENT - NATURE OR NURTURE ? SUPPORT UR ANSWER.

Nature would supply the biological potential. Nurture would supply the psychological potential. Both are necessary for maximum development of human potential. They are the two sides of the same coin. Of the two I would give a preference to nuture if I had to make a choice.

Sometimes psychological strength overcomes seemingly incredible physical limitations. I stand on my nuture opinion.

i think the genetics have more influence in human development.... a person ca only be tempted by his environment but one cannot say it will surely change is attitude or character... though it has some influence .but the genes will definitely have an impact on his devopment.... so i think major contributor to a persons development is his genes
