What is your favourite place to eat - this can be a relatives, a favourite picnic place or a restaruant. Please describe it and tell me why its your favourite. I personally love picnics - especially by midnight - anywhere with a good view - the top of a building over looking a light filled city, a deserted (closed!) park on a river....a backyard....

I've never been on a picnic but i imagine it would be very peaceful and romantic. I'm not too sure what place i would rather eat than home, i guess at friends places or relatives where i don't have to cook, that's probably my favourite, i don't get to go to restaraunts much so haven't really got a favourite there.

So you've answered my question - kind of your favourite place to eat outside the home is a friend's place or a relatives - but which one? My favourite place to eat outside the home - is well anywhere in nature and in moonlight. Never been on a picnic? You should go on one this weekend then!

Oh wow congratulations. We learned in class when I was pregnant that the first few stages of labour can be so long that many people walk for it, I actually planned to go the biological park, picnic and eat and maybe walk around the aquarium there. But unfortunately, with pre-eclampsia, they assigned a date for me to check into the hospital so they could induce with Pitocin. All of my natural labour plans flew out the window!

Well if i'd have to choose i'd have to say friends place. I would love to go on a picnic this weekend, but i'm 9 months pregnant so can't just yet. But probably in a few months i might suggest we take a family outing somewhere and have a picnic.

I like Macoroni Grill except for the wait. The ones I've been to give you a little pager. Its been upwards of an hour to wait for a table. So which is your favourite place to eat outside the house, is it Macoroni Grill - or the beach on a picnic? I'd pick the beach - with maybe some food from Macoroni Grill!

We love to pack a picnic and go down to the river for an afternoon. There's always ducks, geese, gulls and pidgeons around begging to be fed so we always take a bag of feed corn with us. We like to watch the blue and white herrons out on the sand bars too. Occasionally a turtle will float by. It's a little closer the the road than I'd like but it's fairly quiet if you pick the right spot. We love to sit and watch the sailboats and waterskiers, sometimes a riverboat or the water taxi goes by. That's always kind of neat. It's very nice during the winter months because we get a lot of bald eagles. We love to sit at the picnic tables and with hot coffee and sandwiches and watch them flying fast at the holes in the ice and pull up a fish. Just 15 yrs ago it was rare to see them. Now you can go down to the river in the winter and count a dozen every time you drive by there. We've even had them flying around our neighborhood in town. They are so gorgeous.

If you're ever in Poughkeepsie, NY, go to the Milanese on Main St. It's the best Italian food you'll find outside of Italy and the quality of the food has been consistent for a good 25 years at least. I travel from western Massachusetts every year to have dinner there on my birthday. 120 miles I drive to get there. Yes, it's that good.

My favorite food has always been KFC. In general i like to eat out bcoz it saves me the hassle of cuttint/peeling/washing/cooking/washing again. My favorite meal is take-out KFC and have it at home in the comfort of my home... heee.... cheers... myhandbaghaven.blogspot.com

Of course, my hubby and I are very fond of visiting a nearby country restaurant to take our breakfast. It is situated beside a dismantled railway line. It was the old site of the first and oldest railway line in my country. The restaurant there is quite spacious and quiet during the morning and quite busy during the evening. The foods served there suit our taste very well as well as the drinks.

I love the Olive Garden. The food there is so delicious and it is so crowded that on holidays, you have to wait about an hour to get a table. It is across from the Mall, and there is only one in our city. They keep the lights down low, and there are pictures of Italy on the wall of the waiting room while you wait for your table. They have this salad with the dressing and these hot yellow peppers that is like nothing I ever had before and there are so many pasta dishes, you would grow old before you ate them all. It is on the corner of two of our main highways so it is always busy.

Hey. One of our favourite places to eat dinner or meals, are either out in our garden or mostly down at the beach... This way, our children can go skate, swim, play basketball, beach volley ball or sit in the sun and relax with us, which they dont, they'd rather swim, play sports or ride there skate boards...

My absolute favorite place to eat is a Japanese restaraunt called Mikado. I get the vegetable hibachi everytime. It has the best tasting rice and tofu. I've tried to make tofu like theirs and I just can't do it. I can't wait to get home and eat there again!

One of my FAVOURITE places to eat is Subway... I used to work there when I was younger and I still love it! I always order the chicken teriyaki one on whole wheat bread with tonnes of jalapeno and banana peppers with sub sauce... yum yum!!!

There is a little place in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona called Nello's. They make a great Penne Pesto with Chicken. The staff has always been wonderful when I have been there. Follow the meal up by going across the street to The Sugar Bowl for ice cream. It's original ice cream parlor just like the "good ole days." 7
