How is your health condition , do you have family doctor?

i think i have good health since i am on a diet and i do my workouts regularly.and moreover i haven't taken medicines from a long time.i had some cold and flu but i didn't take medicines for those.i would like to heal it naturally. and i don't have the need to visit any doctor.i have my family doctor right in my family itself.both my parents are doctors.and they take good care of me.i think i am lucky enough.

Recently I had a flu and colds because of the changes in our inviroment, sometimes it's hot and sudden rain in the afternoon. Yes we do have family doctors, and if anyone who is not feeling well we do visit them for a check up.

there is no family doctor in my family. if any member of my family is ill, then we will go to the big hospital in which there are so many specialists. if we don't feel bad, then we dont' go to the hospital to make a regular physical examination. frankly, i hate doctors, and if i dont' feel very well, then i will eat some medicine. if i feel better, then i don't go to hospital. it is a bad habit, but i'm afraid to find some bad illness.
