Why do some women takes more than one man?

Sometime i think about this issue of some women having more than one man in a relationship. Is there any definate i special reasons for that? Do any one have idea...

Its called a double standard dear. I've made a discussion on it and posted on it several times. For women its called "optioning" but if men do it they are low down dirty cheaters. I've seen this a lot and have been through this a couple of times, so don't even try to say I'm wrong.

I don't cheat at all. I was talking about "women" (I call them harpies) I was with.

I was hurt really bad in the past. Not he cheated on me and broke my heart kind of hurt: more like confined for months, raped and tortured, stalked and tormented beaten every night kind of hurt. An abuser will use a womans strong attachment to him to manipulate her. Because of this I will never be the same. I have learned it is too dangerous to really love anyone. I will not risk it again. I suffered years of abuse. I will never love again like I did back then. Ive tried hard to remain single but instead Ive become something of a player. I didn't set out to become a player I just over about a period of about ten years fell into that role. I have 3 boyfriends all of whom I have been seeing at least 10 years. Though I don't say what I do, I make it clear that nobody owns me, and I am going to stay free.

The content of your message is well noted, but please i believe you are allowing your past to control your future which is gradually sending you into this big hole of distress. Why don't you let go and turn around there is something good for you there. ones you have life there is always hope. Stay bless my good friend

i think if somebody cheated her/his bf/gf, then the person isn't ready for a serious relationship yet. or probably, the girl doesnt love the guy anymore, and she couldnt break him up, so she cheated instead. there are a lot of reasons actually.
