Hi...Here are some interesting shortcuts which you can perform with Windows key on your keyboard. There are also a few shortcut commands with the CTRL key and the SHIFT Key as well. We will start with the CTRL and SHIFT commands: In Windows Explorer, highlight a folder and then do SHIFT and the asterik on the number pad. This will open the folder and all its sub-folders. In the Windows Explorer details pane,do CTRL and then the plus(+) sign on the number pad to size each column as wide as its largest item. Now the Windows Key Commands: Windows Key(by itself) ---- Opens the Start menu. Windows Key + E ---- Opens a new Explorer Window. Windows Key + D ---- Minimizes all Windows and shows the Desktop. Windows Key + F ---- Opens the Windows Search Box. Windows Key + L ---- Locks your XP computer until you enter a password. Windows Key + R ---- Displays the Run Command. Windows Key + - ---- Runs the buttons on the taskbar so you can choose one. I am sure that there are a lot more...Wanna add some? Good Luck.

The list you gave, one way or the other, helped anyone to use the windows key logo in combination with other keys to perform short cuts in doing certain tasks in PC operations. I may add up the following short cuts too- -CTRL+Windows Logo+F: Find computer -CTRL+Windows Logo+TAB: Moves focus from Start, to the Quick Launch toolbar, to the system tray (use RIGHT ARROW or LEFT ARROW to move focus to items on the Quick Launch toolbar and the system tray) -Windows Logo+TAB: Cycle through taskbar buttons -Windows Logo+Break: System Properties dialog box -Application key: Displays a shortcut menu for the selected item

Though not with the windows key, Alt+Tab allows you to switch between windows and working programs. This is especially helpful if you lose track of a sub window or a program that you hid accidentally. People always ask me about this a lot, so I thought I'd post it.
