I need some honest answers on this one :) coz i will be with you guys :)
Well for the fact that we hate doing the laundry every now and then and sometimes when we have helpers we hate hearing them complain about a lot of laundry.
Well during this cases we just merely re use our clothes twice or even thrice( for guys).
Honestly i re use my bra's if i didn't sweat that much and even my pants if i think that i didn't sweat a lot during that day i'd wear the same thing the next day. Hey don't get me wrong i don't use the same oufit twice ok?! People would think i don't have enough clothes. I just re use the pants and bra's thats it :) the pants are more discreet than what we are wearing on top.

Yes, I do, my work does not have a dress code other then dress for the worse. I work with developmentally disabled adults where behavioral outbursts can occur at anytime. I do a lot of cooking and cleaning there and usually shower after I leave there.
I do not have enough clothing to keep changing or doing laundry. So wearing jeans that have been worn for a day before is the only way to go.

wow you do a lot of sweaty activities and you still manage to recycle the clothes?! In some cases i experience that kind of situation and i just try to use clothes that are not that fashonable or in other words . . easy to clean :)

For the most part, it is not sweaty. We do things slow- speed or sudden movements or too much noise can disturb the residents resulting in bad behaviors.
Also, a lot of it is supervising them while they clean or do work.
I shower immediately because their personal hygiene is often lacking. So before I actually sit down in the house, I put on clean clothing. The next day, since I am going back to the same place, I will wear the same jeans.

oh yes I do! especially when it's not hot and I don't sweat. it's not only for the maids, this will save you money in terms of soap, fabric conditioner, water for rinsing and electricity for ironing clothes. plus, this will extend the wearability of your clothes. :-) so it is okay to recycle clothes and just make a change when needed. God bless you!

haha whoa thanks for that info :) now i feel good about recycling my clothes :P i thought i was the only person doing this kind of thing its nice to know that. But does it really exten the wearability of your clothes?!

of course! recycling will lengthen the wearability of clothes because the colors will not fade very soon from the detergent, sun, and ironing. at the same time, the seams will not tear from too many washings and turnings. the fabrics will not easily snag or get deformed. may this enlighten you. :-)

hi,
Yes, I do recycle my clothes, like my shorts and pants. Sometimes, I wear my sunday dress twice. I want to save my energy because I don't have maids to take good care of my laundry.
I'm very grateful that I don't sweat much even on summertime that's why I have a space for my used clothes separated from the newly washed clothes.
I had this practice of recycling clothes when I was in my college years because I just have 3 uniform pants to wear.

I will usually re-wear the same jeans for two or three times before I wash them, and similarly with bras. I will wear a new shirt every day, though.

I think it is a great idea to recycle clothes. It makes life so much easier. Why wash something if it doesn't need it. I even make my kids use a towel more than once - they used to just throw it in the wash when done. I think they thought the maid was coming by to wash daily.

I recycle often. Since I don't have a full time job and most of my work is done at home, I don't have to get dressed unless I'm going someplace. I wear an out fit of clothes for just a few hours, so I don't fee that they are dirty enough to have to be washed. Also, I don't have a washer in my home so I have to take my laundry to the laundromat.

I always wear my skirt and bra more than once before putting them to wash unless I end up getting something on them or sweat a lot as well. Shirts I wear only once and then put them to wash. I do a lot of washing as it is also without changing clothes all of the time.

I that recycling clothes was as common as 24hours in a day. I do it all the time. especially if it is an outfit that I only ware for a short period of time. I just simply hang it back up in the closet as if I had not worn it already. What is your favorite aricle of clothing to recycle?
