Jacket Potatoes - what's your favourite filling?

It's 2230 in the UK at the moment and for some reason all I can think of is Jacket Potatoes! So I've given in to my craving and have just put one in the oven. Another hour and it should be ready. I never cook them in the microwave because they don't taste the same. I eat Jacket Potatoes quite a lot - I was on the Atkins diet for a while and that was the one thing I really missed. I haven't decided on what to put in it yet. My favourite filling is actually tinned haggis (not something that most myLotters will have tasted I suspect LOL) but I don't have any so it's looking like it will be cheese. Anyway my question is simple - what's your favourite filling for Jacket Potatoes?

I like cheese in mine, melted cheese and potato just go so well together. Baked beans on the side are good too, it's a meal I used to be given as a child. As I type this your jacket potato should be about ready, hope you enjoy it.

Yes it tasted great! Melted cheese and potato are just made for each other I think. Now of course I can't go to bed for another couple of hours or else I will have nightmares with all that cheese lol!

Well my favorite filling is Cheese and Spring onions and I do mine in the Microwave as I can never get them right in the Oven and I have to be honest that they do taste better from the oven

Yes I usually put a bit of onion in with my cheese and spring onions are best to use because they're not so strong.
