Hi friends...i just woke up, it's noon here and I have a terrible hangover lol. Yes, last night i went out and made it home at about 7am, so you can imagine that the night was wild and alcohol ran through my veins more than desirable.
Thing is that now i have a terrible hangover. Do you have any tips about how to deal with them? any tricks i should know to feel better? It'll be appreciated!! thank you on advance for sharing.

I have a feeling that this may be relevant again soon.
This is going to sound strange, but it's the truth. Midol works great. I know, I know, it's suppose to be for women, but it works well on hangovers for guys as well. It reduces swelling (that nasty morning after bloating, yuck), takes care of headaches, and aches and pains. It works great. Honest.

Oh my poor sweet Lightnin! I have been there and suffered just like you did yesterday, hopefully you feel better now - if not it really was a wild night! I find the best thing to do these days is sleep it off (remembering to wake regularly and drink plenty of water!) Are you in a part of Spain near the beach? If you are the best hangover cure I ever found was to go swimming in the sea - a pool never worked but the sea always did! xxx

Hello Lightninstrike, Hangover I don't like that feeling. :-) What I do when I have a hangover is drink a lot of water to rehydrate my body and just sleep it off.
If that doesn't work try making some banana with honey shake. It works for me.
When I come home drunk after a night of drinking, what I do to to prevent hangover is to drink as much water as possible right before I am go to bed to sleep. ;-)

Only one simple answer - don't drink in the first p;ace! LOL! No - seriously - I would say just drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated, and take it easy - lie down quietly until the headache wears off. Hope you feel better soon!

I feel really sorry for you :-(
I don't really suffer from haangovers but my mum used to get them really bad and she came upon this by accident but apparently it really works-She will eat a packet of Salt and Vinegar crisp and wash them down with a glass of lemonade! I know it may sound silly but she hasrecommended it to a few different people and they have all come back and said it made them feel much better!
