Ladies does this happen to you?I have to grocery shopping this morning and I dont have much gas in the car and my husband doesnt go to work till 1:00 this afternoon. So I asked him to run up and get me some gas while Im getting ready. He gives me a song and dance. How I will passing right by the gas station. I said I know but I dont feel like stopping. Instead of him saying oh sure hon Ill do that for you. He didnt feel like it so he complains as he is walking out the door.LOL He went and did it anyway. Does your hubby or boyfriend ever do this?

All the time! You'd think I'd asked him to do something impossible like slay a dragon. And it's not like I never run any errands for him either, cause I do daily.I don't get it,I really don't.And men say they don't understand us! Ugh!

They wouldn't be normal if they didn't complain. They need to put up a good fight or at least appear to be doing that. In the end they usually do what we want. : )

Hi TerryZ, sorry to hear that your hubby complained about it. My husband is pretty good about doing things if I ask him nicely, but I am very independant so I only ask him to do things once in a blue moon and it's things I can't really do (guy stuff). Once in a while he will grumble and groan about it, but when I ask pardon me? He won't tell me what he said lol.

I have to admit that there are somethings my husband treats me like a princess about and pumping gas is one of them. I am perfectly able to pump gas and have done it many, many times in my life but he just has this thing about keeping my car filled up for me. So actually in this case my car would have already been filled and wouldn't have been an issue. But oh yeah, I can relate in general. When it comes to the logistical things about life my hubby and I just do things differently and I make him nuts at times. He says I do everything the hard way. Oh well, it gets done.

No. My husband seems to have accepted that putting gas in the car is his job, so he doesn't complain unless I've emptied the tank without telling him. He doesn't like driving when the gas gauge is pointing to the 'E'
At least your husband did it anyway, :).

Yep my husband does it all the time. He always says oh honey why cant you do it? I usually just ask a couple more times and he finally get irritated enough to do it. And he also goes out the door or whatever complaining.
