Japan Talks Trash With The Philippines

There's a bill being passed around that would allow Japan to dump their toxic and other wastes on the Philippines in exchange for job opportunities there for Filipinos. I just wonder why this is still being considered. Tae is the only way to describe this bill, and I mean that literally, figuratively, and whatever way it can be meant. In other words, it's no good.
Sure, sending competent and "efficient" people overseas is one of the Philippines' main strengths, but I think this bill has gone too far. The consequences I think are not worth it. What country would want to be some other country's garbage can for any reason?
And secondly, it has been said that in order for professionals to be able to work in Japan, they would have to learn their language. I know, I've studied Japanese, and it's not that simple. It takes time to learn the language, and not everyone would be willing to study it just to earn a shot at a job in Japan.
Finally, I wonder just who'll be bribed to vote aye to this bill. It won't come as a surprise for me if the side who'll be in favor of this bill would put up a good fight in terms of votes, and if it does, list down the names of whoever would sell the Philippines' beauty for Japanese job opportunities and trash.

Gloria is losing her aces so that she is proposing those bills that are a shame for our country.Sad to say anyone who is supported by uncle sam will do the same.Don't you realize the raping of our country can be attributed to the foreign corporations who are lobbying for those bills.

Just like the ZTE Corporation deal for the NBN project.
You know how justice can be served in this case? I hope she goes down in history along with all the things she is accused of doing. She should be remembered not just as the EDSA Dos "hero" but also as someone whose presidency is shrouded with talks of conspiracies and corruption.

Nasty stuff. It stinks that a bill like this exists. I know its not as simple as most of us would want, but its still a cumbersome situation. I would at least hope Japan actually puts more effort to efficiently disposing wastes and toxic products instead of using it as a dirty bargaining chip to other countries in need of employment.
I might be wrong, but thats how I feel about it.

It's really very sad to hear such kind of news. That proves how desperate the administration is - to be entertaining such which should be outrightly rejected even if it can help the Filipinos in employment. That is the most unwholesome subject matter to be talked about in Congress. Poor Philippines.
