As I grew up I thought of eggs as something to eat in the morning. But now I know eggs are good all the time. I like eating and cooking with eggs. Have you ever thought how hard it would be to cook if you didn't have any eggs? So many of the foods my husband likes need eggs. What do you think.

Eggs are my all time comfort food and the handyone in my kitchen to whom I turn to whenever I am short of ideas to cook anything. Eggs are my son’s breakfast when I am out of cereals and he is hating milk & toast, eggs are my snacks on evenings that I am too tired to rustle up something after office, eggs are my lunch and dinner options on days I am too tired to visit the market or on rainy nights and cold winter nights when I just want to lie and enjoy the weather, eggs come to my rescue once again. They are there when I am coating my cutlets and fries, they are there when unexpected guests drop in and I should serve them something, they are there when I want to add something extra to my fried rice...so many things. I just cant imagine life without eggs. They are not only nutritious, they are filling too and very versatile. I think they are one of the best food options God has given to man.

I'm a big fan of eggs. They're so versatile. You can do so many things with them, and they help with so many dishes. When I was in college there was a period of a couple of months where I couldn't keep anything that I ate down except for eggs. I went through a dozen eggs a week (I tried to only eat them once a day).

Plenty of my favorite dishes fail without eggs. Breakfast would be kind of dull on weekends without it. Baking would be next to impossible. Fried Rice/Egg Fried Rice would be out. Egg in udon or ramen would be a sinful pleasure I'd be robbed of. Cakes would be hard too.
Wow, listing some of that makes me thankful eggs are still around.

I love eggs. I use them all the time in my baking. I use them at breakfast for french toast, waffles, breakfast casserole, scrambles eggs, fried eggs, and omlets. They go into a ton of the meals that I prepare. I would be lost without my eggs. And who can forget deviled eggs? YUMMY

We didn't really eat eggs by themselves all that much when I was growing up. We'd use them to bake cakes, but not for every day use. Which was too bad because I love eggs. It's probably good that my parents didn't like eggs, because I know my dad has cholesterol problems, and a fondness for eggs wouldn't help him any.

I'm also a big fan of eating eggs, even though I have to be really careful about eating too many of them because of how much cholestrol they have. I do however eat a lot of egg white and egg substitute for breakfast, lunch, and sometimes even dinner.
I like to use eggs for my fried rice, in Italian Paradise Soup, to make rolled japanese omletes, frittatas, and even scrambled for breakfast.
The sad thing is that my boyfriend doesn't really care for eggs and only will eat them on occasion. Oh well, more for me I suppose.

We use alot eggs. For baking or just for eating. My husband loves to breakfast for dinner once in awhile. So I'll make french toast and scrambled eggs with onion, peppers and cheese in them. I love to make breakfast burritos with eggs and sausage. I love hard boiled eggs too. I think I might go boil a few right now.
