I love milk, I drink a lot more than the minimum. There probably is such a thing as drinking too much, but I haven't reached that limit yet. I always have it with cereal, in coffee, and sometimes a glass of milk plain or with chocolate syrup.

I don't drink milk... does that make me weird? I know drinking milk keeps you healthy but I really don't like it. I think I haven't drunk milk since I was 5, and that was because I had my cereals with milk. I eat some dairy products, like cheese and yoghurt, but not milk...

No not at all!I dont drink it either!lol.I just replaced it with other dairy foods like you mentioned! The only milk drinker here is our daughter. We told her it would be cheaper to buy the cow and when she wanted milk she just has to go in the back behind the house and get some. She wasnt not impressed!lol:)

Milk is one of the more expensive grocery items, so I don't buy it alot. I have to be so careful with the money I have for food. But when I DO buy it, I like to get chocolate milk. Maybe I like to buy it because I rarely got to drink it as a child. LOL I do get my dairy requirements though, or calcium, which is the main reason dairy is important. I enjoy light yogurt from brands like Yoplait or Dannon. But if I can't buy that, I'll take a calcium supplement. I don't want to get older and have trouble with brittle bones.

Just watch the cow. You might get in for milk, but your neighbors might steal it for beef!

Hi there, what's been up to lately buddy? Well, i am not pretty sure about that my dear, well all i can say is that. Even a good thing can lead to a worst thing if you had it too much. I don't actually drinking milk very often, just several times in a month. I just love drinking coffee and juice instead. Have a nice day ahead and happy posting and earning here in myLot. Godspeed, Kiko

I drink a good amount of milk. And if I miss my calcium target, I have other sources for it, and vitamin/mineral supplements.

I hardly drink any milk at all, just the little bit I put in my coffee...but I do eat a lot of cheese...and hey that's made from milk...hehe As for drinking too much milk...milk is actually good as a great source of calcium, but best to get the low-fat kind..also not so great to drink too much for people with allergies or sinus problems...uh,which I have :(
