Where do you get your inspiration to post in mylot?

I tend to find my inspiration from day to day issues and occurrences. A quick glance at the newspaper can often spark off an idea, or maybe even something as simple as a single thought.

They sound like great ideas for getting inspirations for your discussions. I tend to respond to discussions rather than start them as I find it hard to think of differnt things to discuss.

When I get into mylot website, I first check what people have written about discussions I had started. If there are some responses then I obviously thank them and continue with discussion. so it is reponse of people which inspire me to write. Then I check what people have to say about the responses that I have give for other people's dicussions so again reponses are my inspiration. Then I go into new discussions to see what are people talking about and their I always come across many interesting discussions which I feel is similar to my interests and I can write few words in reply.....so this interest is my inspiration........beside we have some good friends and it is always fun to reply and continue with there discussion.......so overall I can say that full activity of mylot itself gives us inspiration to write.

U know sometimes u feel almost saturated that u can't come up with a topic but that's okey just leave it 4 a while then inspiration comes back, you can post discussions whose sources are: daily life, ur experience from childhood 2 date, from books or sites that u read. I guess u r already aware of whatever I just mentioned but sometimes we all feel our mind is blocked that we can't at a point of time come up with something new and interesting. One more interesting thing, there are discussions I posted where I really put effort in coming up with the idea and badly needed answers but I was so damn disappointed I got only one or two responses and sometimes nil, whereas in other discussions whose topics don't require that effort to respond, I received more responses, it is disappointing but it should not stop us from reading, digging to come up with quality-discussion coz I guess, you'll always find someone 2 share that with you.

I get inspiration from my everyday life and from other's life. I have not started many discussions because I find it difficult to find good topics. I always think for a genuine discussion so I really find it difficult to get a good topic. I will start discussions if I get some interesting topic to start. Ideas should come from real life. I just post. Well there a little more to it than that. Check out my interests and see why. I've got plenty of them and there are plenty of topics in a lot of those interests. That means I can post on a wide range of discussions without trouble. Other than I'll use breadcrumbs on the site or random thoughts I have to help with posting or discussion making

My problem here at mylot is that I often don't feel inspiration to post. Sometimes I post twenty responses a day, and sometimes I feel like I have nothing to say and it's hard for me to start posting. After few posts done, I get more talkative hehe. So the hardest thing for me here is to start posting, to find the first interesting discussion. I try many methods to find some good, interesting topics. First of all, I check discussions started by my friends. Sometimes I even check one of my friends profile. I look for discussions, that my friend responded to. Friends have often the same interest as I have, so they take part in similar discussions that I take part in. So it's much easier to check, which discussions my friends started or responded to. From time to time I use search discussions option. For example I type "getref" or "demi moore" in search box to find all discussions connected with this word. I can't believe that some people can post and post and post... about 50 or even more responses one day. It would be very hard for me.

I don't know where i got the inspiration from but i know i post anything i wanted to know. I usually post question about asking opinion. I just response to discussion when i think i know how to answer. Just like this discussion, i just answer like what i have thought of. hehe...

From my everyday living- how I feel for the moment, things that are bothering me, situations I'm into, what I've read or watched or heard, and from the mouth of my children. Sometimes even in silence a topic will pop up in my mind. That's a common experience I guess if we are so much involve in this site. It comes out naturally.
