Have Prob Facing The Ball Through Fingers !!

I am a center player in volley ball court , these days m facing problem in placing the ball through fingering, i feel painin my little finger whenever i try to do so, can any one please help me what should i do now??

You might have stubbed the finger. Happens to me in basketball, football and volleyball. One time even bowling! (Don't ask -_-)
I call it stubbing, but its when you jam the finger against the ball too hard and you inflame the tissues inside of it because your hand has much more give than the ball. Be careful when spiking, tipping and handling the ball in general. If the pain continues it might have been a bad stub, but usually headache/pain medicines can ease the pain. These things take anywhere from hours to a couple of days to heal completely. You'll be right as rain soon enough. If not it may be a bigger problem =/
Other than that I think it could be a circulation issue. I'd take in more B vitamins to help that out.

Really !! all what u said could only be the cause ofmyself being n such a pathetic condition , i should rather be more cautious about it , tool this game as something very playfull , butit should be taken with much attentiveness if u really wanna be a world class player....thanx for ur assistant friend..i would rate u with +..
