have you ever done something that made you feel bad?

i feel bad when i make others feel bad. like when i lose my temper and take it out on other people, i'd wish i could take back the words. the worst thing i guess i've done was when i talked back to my mom and made her feel so bad. it's been years since that happened and i still couldn't stop feeling bad about it.

i make some misstake sometimes. but it is no need. i can do it if i have throught it hard. but at that time i are exsiting and can think it at that time. many times i make misstakes when it is relative with myself.
