how do you relax?

We all need to unwind and we all need to break free and relieve ourselves from the tensions, worries and rut of life i think and we all have our own means to do that.
For me the best way is to meditate, as i feel that i loose myself and am totally refreshed after meditating for half an hour to 45 min per day, and i normally do this in the evening, after a hard working day, and before i start my housework. Yes, i also resort to listening to music or going for long walks, as those also help me unwind and relax for the day, but meditaion works best for me.
Music is also a relaxer for me as i feel very lost in it after i put on my head phones and cut of from the rest of the world, but there is nothing like meditaion as that helps you to recoop as well.
