Mylot can really spend $1million a month?

It has to be less than your figure. For instance, I have been here since May 18th. I am at 663 discussions with this one. And I have yet to make my first payout--I am at $9.35 (hopefully this month). Your figure is based on everyone making payout every month. And it definitely doesn't happen. It also assumes that everyone is actually working towards payout (in my case, I post here until I run out of time or until the writing juices are flowing [I make better money doing other types of writing than I do posting]); for some of us payouts are rare. And since you have posted this, MyLot has gained 81 members--odds are they will not make payout this month. Now what would happen if we all aimed for payout? I am betting the rate given for posts would drop through the floor. I could be wrong, but I bet that they would refigure the earnings so that they stay in the black.

I am very sure that the actual payout would be much lesser than your figure. I find that a number of my friends are inactive or are hardly active that they would be demanding a payout. I myself have have been able to reach my payout for the past two months. So these figures wont be close to the truth.

Maybe something close to it.. But I don't think they spend that much... 1 million is alot of money that's for sure... I have a referral that hasn't done anything so I know there are alot of people that aren't active too.. In a way I wish mylot would delete if they weren't active but mylot does things there own way and that's ok by me! Happy lotting!!!

No, I don't think so. A lot of the members here on MyLot are no longer active. And a few have even been banned, but mylot still counts them as a member, and keeps their discussions around.

I spend a fair amount of time on here and it takes me about 3 months to reach my minimum payout. I wish I could do 10 a month, but I can't. I get happy when I see .10 in a day. I know many members are not active, my one referral has not logged on in months and the person who got me here has long since stopped posting.

There are many newbies who might be qualifying for the payout every month, but there might lots of experienced members who might be earning more than $50 every month, so I think mylot will be paying close to $1 million every month.

i don't think mylot spend that much every month... only a portion of it i guess... a lot of the members here are already inactive and even me, i don't make $10 every month here... so i think $500,000 every month is the amount of money that mylot has to come out to pay its members... my guessing...

Well it's not suprising considering that MyLot is connected to the US Department of Treasury, or something like that last time I heard. That was one of the reasons I joined in the first place because of their connection to the Government's part of their handling money. As for MyLot spending $1 million a month, normally it wouldn't be possible, but somehow they did what no other message board or forum did before: pay people for posting. But still, I wouldn't say a million a month they would spend. It depends on the users of the site. Some people are active, some have left, so I wouldn't say a million a month. It could be 100,000 or more a month instead.

Well I don't think they will be spending that much money per month giving to it's members.There are more then 100,000 members but I think only less then 10% out of the total members will be active and further many of them are not able to reach minimum payout of $10 . I think they will be spending in the range of $10,000 per month.

My answer to your question is no, for sure. myLot can't spend that amount of money for their members, because this business wouldn't bring profit to admins therfore. They didn't pay a lot for discussion and stuffs, but insted of other forums that didn't pay you anything, is good. Anyhow, from over 100.000 members, I think only half or less is really active, that's for sure. And here, on myLot, just a few members reach payout every month I think, so, make an calculus...

Why not? Considering that we are already many here for sure Mylot admin is already earning that mcuh or more. Or else this site will not survive for that long. So far, no one is complaining that they did not get their payment. I haven't heard nor read something to that effect.

I don't think Mylot spend up to that amount of money monthly because they pay in cent and not in dollar. Therefore, I don't think it will be up to that amount. Thanks
