There was a time when we did not have t.v. in our country, and everyone read the newspapers. We also listened to news on the radio. Now there is television
so lots of people prefer to just watch it. I like
watching t.v. news but still prefer reading my newspaper.

I read the newspaper and watch the TV news since I work as a radio news writer. The job is okay, but Westwood One doesn't pay very well. Seeing day after day of bad news can also be stressful. I'm taking a vacation next month to get away from my job for a while.

I watch the one hour long 6 o'clock news almost every day. I also watch nightline most days at 10:30.
I currently don't get the newspaper delivered, so I only read it sometimes. Most of the really important/relevant news is mentioned on television anyway.

I haven't watched TV in several years. The newspapers I read are all online and I read them there. I generally read most of my news on the internet and I find that to be more informative as it is updated more often and you can read the same news story on several sites and get several perspectives. I like to read when I have to sit and wait, like at an appointment, but usually I prefer to just get the news I want by choosing what to read on the net.

I do both, not as often as I would like these days, I used to love to watch the news every night, now it's more like once a week or so =[
I also enjoy to read the paper and do this most days =D

I seek out news on the Internet. Newspapers cost money, TV is bogus, and you have literally hundreds of Net publications at your fingertips for free. They don't kill trees either!

I watch it, read it, and look around the net for news. Sometimes I wonder if I am TOO into the news because it is always bad. I often feel some of the news brings me down and scares me. But I just have to know what's going on!
