Do you set down with your kids after school/

Yes, as a regular feature I do make it a point to spend time with my elder daughter when she is back from school.I bathe her,give her lunch and we sit together with my younger daughter also-Its the most important family time for us.My elder one relates to all that happened in school,and then she also has so many questions lined up for me,...and sometimes its just fun playing together or watching cartoons.I feel it is necessary as it helps you bond better as a family.

I still love watching cartoons. I have a five year old daughter and sometimes (if time permits) i do sit down and watch with her. I like the old ones better than the new ones. Though there are a lot of anime being shown, I dont feel comfartable watching them, I still go for the classic cartoons, disney and pixar cartoons are nice since they have values and not so violent for young viewers. I hope they would make more meaningful cartoon movies/shows. My duaghter loves Tom and Jerry, Spongebob and Disney cartoon shows and movies. She can watch reruns without complaining.

when they were just in pre school yes of course i sit down with them and see in what way i can help. they are to excited to on what had happened to them at school. but all my kids are in their teen already they come to me if they need something.... they enjoy studying alone forthey have their own style to deal with their home works.
