It's your birthday, would you prefer cake or cupcakes?

A very insteresting question. I like both (smile) chocoalte with white frosting or choclate frosting Yum yum now I am hungry :)

My birthday is next Friday! My favorite is cake, especially Angel Food with seven minute icing (my sister makes the best). Last year, my mom got me a cake with strawberries on it, it was real good, I love strawberries too. I can't wait to see what they come upwith for next Friday.

I prefer chocolate cake every time. I like the taste of it. I prefer cake because it is more filling and there is more in cake than with a cupcake.

I like a mocca cake with so much icing on top and flower candies!

When i was a kid, I don't really have parties during my birthday. Just a simple get-together among family, relatives and few friends. And cake is not always present. But if i were to ask then, i would rather have one. I am a sweet lover. And cake is definitely one of my favorites.

Both are good, but I like cake better, especially with cream cheese frosting. Certain cakes I don't like, like german chocolate cake. I'm just not a fan of coconut. But overall cakes are more my thing. They are creamier, and go dry less fast.

I don't know if it's all about tradition or what but I'd have to say a birthday is not a birthday without a cup of coffee and a piece of birthday cake. My very most favorite cake is angel food cake but I also like ice cream cake or regular cake. Not fussy. If I had my way I'd stop having birthdays but lucky me every December I get one year older. hehehe Take care...

I still prefer cakes. Cakes is for birthdays because you will place a candle in it and you will blow the flame on the candle while everybody is singing happy birthday. But if you don't have a money, a cupcake is a better alternative.LOL

I prefer vanilla flavored cakes. I like cup cakes but for occassions like b'day I will prefer cakes so that we can cut it and enjoy the moment.

Neither do i want ,i want to have a holiday.And i can visit the taishan mountain with my family.it is my dream.i believe it will come true.because i try to eran more money day and night.

I would probably like the cake best. I like carrot cake, black forest cake, and there is a cake called "Better than almost anything" cake, that involves, a German chocolate cake with holes poked in it, a jar of caramel topping poured over that, then french vanilla pudding, then topped with whipped topping and chopped nuts. It is incredibly rich. Usually I do not care for cake. I prefer pie, lemon meringue is one, pumpkin is another.

For one of my mother's milestone birthdays (can't remember which one) everyone brought a different pie. My mother prefers pies over cakes and I now realize that I do too. We had the pies all arranged on the table with tall skinny candles in each of them. So pie does work for birthday parties. You may need more than you would cake to serve more people, but if you have a variety of different pies than you pretty much please everybody. I used to like cake but realize my body doesn't with the IBS so I lean towards pie now. And I think pie probably has fewer calories. But then there is ice cream cake. If it's got a great filling like Dairy Queen does with their ice cream cakes, well I really like those. But they an SOMETIMES affect my IBS. Have I answered your question or just confused you more? LOL! Straight answer: Pie. Imagine a table filled with chocolate cream pie, lemon meringue pie, apple pie, strawberry rhubarb pie, banana cream pie, butter pecan pie... aaahhh, I'll have one slice of each!

I'm not that into sweets so honestly, I'd rather go to a really good restaurant and get a ribeye!!! But if i had to choose, I guess I'd say cake.

I prefer a birthday cake. I like the whole thing, with the candles and the singing. I'm 21 but still a big kid at heart! I love chocolate but for birthday cakes i prefer just your average spone cake with jam and buttercream in the middle. I had a gorgeous cake that flavour for my 21st, it had a pair of black stilettos on it.

Cup cakes! I'd want one make each one unique, and plus they're perfectly portioned, so you don't have to worry about evenly slicing the cake. :]

I like the cakes with real frosting none of this whipped crap. :-)
