Biscuits as a snaks

Hi sreejithsreenivas! You are right about that. You just have to open the plastic or the pack, and you can eat them right away. No messy preparation and cheaper too. LOL! My husband find them healthy also because I usually get him those healthy biscuits that helps him with his diet. I, on the other hand, favors the more creamy ones. LOL! Yah biscutts are cheaper snacks but tast not thet fine as other snacks.

i do agree with you.,but consuming more than 500 grams is already too much simple sugar in your diet for a single meal
