lucid dreaming

has anyone ever experieced a lucid dream? i have had 2 in the last month and they have left me completely baffled. i havent learned how to make them happen and dont know if ill have another but it was a really weird experience that i dont fully understand.

I haven't been able to lucid dream although I was quite interested in it for awhile. It seems like a cool experience although I bet it could be scary.

i found it quite scary even in my lucid dream i was scared and even told myself not to panic or ill wake myself up lol how strange.
