No money can buy health. Now I am a middle age women, I am more cautions to my health than before. Especially after consulting my GP recently on an annually check up, I was advised to maintain my weight so that I can have a well-being. I will eat smart and keep fit regularly to make myself look better and healthier. LOL

I do exercises (warm ups, walks, jogs, aerobics, semi-anaerobics) and do a lot of physical things in a normal day to keep fit (like taking stairs to floors 3, 4 and even 7.)
Sad part is, my outward appearance doesn't show it. I do know I'm real fit though since I have endurance and with the stair taking example I've even beaten people on the elevator to floors 3, 4 and 5.

I do. Keeping fit is among the most important things in my life.
To some extent, to keep fit is to keep balance, thus it's good for health. Besides it's really good to know that every pretty dress you like fits you well. Thanks to god, I have never get over-weighted so far. But my wallet protests whenever I passby the garments store :(
