do you wear underwear when you go to sleep? i have read somewhere that it is healthy not to wear underwear when sleeping so as to air our what's hidden and to discourage bacteria from proliferating. but i still have my undies... i feel drafty down there when i don't. hehehe

I normally don't wear underwear to bed, but being a female I kind of have the monthly problem that she sheets don't agree with so much
=P
Although I don't know of any studies, I think it makes sense to air our privates out, although it does all come down to preference. Sometimes I will wear pyjama pants but no undies underneath. =]

It will be uncomfortable if I don't wear undies to bed. Aside from your monthly period, how about those occasional female discharges? Besides I am more comfortable wearing fresh undies and a loose shirt when sleeping.

I usually do wear underwear, because I don't feel comfortable if I don't. But Once in a while I don't, like if I took a shower and i'm very tired.
Ive heard that about the germs. I don't know, I have yet to see the cold hard facts.

actually,i feel wear a under to sleep is so limited.and the feeling likes something press on your body.and no underwear is healthy,if possible,i really don't want to wear under even on daily time.but if i saw a beautiful girl then how can i control my under body,it will be so shame,isn't it?

Hmnn.. I don't feel comfortable enough when I don't wear one,so I make sure I have it even during the nights or bed time.

Well it depends for me..hahaha. If i'm alone i'll do that..i nean dont wear anything but its only happens somtimes..normally.. i just wear a loose shorts without underwear.. I feel much more free this way. Yeah i do agree what you said about the articles.. i have read about it too..
