Do you like working in a team or on your own?

As for me, i prefer to work in a team,First of all,as the saying goes:"Two heads are better than one." If you have some touble in your in the process of working,you can turn to others for help,right?Maybe they can help you solve your problm quickly.Secondly,working together is much more interesting than working alone.Thirldly,wokind in a team,you can learn from fellow workers.At last,i can learn to communicate with all kinds of people.

If you have a job that requires both just like mine, you got to be able to do both. It is always a plus to work with a team but you should be able to survive on your won as well.

Hello there. I prefer working alone. Working with people requires everyone to be cooperative. I've worked with lazy and uncooperative people. It's very difficult to work with such people. Also, usually there'll be politics when working in a big group. I think working alone is better.

I prefer to work in a team than to be working alone. Unfortunately I'm working alone most of the times.

It's fifty fifty regarding team-work for me. Most of the time I'd rather work by myself, as I find it easier to do things that way, but when it comes to big projects I love the help from other people. If I'm not careful I get deluged, and it's always good to have more than one person that can help pull you out of an accidental mess.
