What is your favorite murder mystery show?

What is your favorite murder mystery show? Mine is Murder, She Wrote with Matlock coming in second. I really like Angela Lansbury and Andy Griffith.

Nero Wolfe the A&E series. And then all the more recent ones especially FBI or spy type dramas. Right now I'm really into NCIS, Numb3rs and Bones. Of all the shows the aspect I like most is the clue finding and trying to see if I can guess who done it.

Of all of them Nero Wolfe is my favorite and is now available on dvd. But for anyone who enjoys Matlock and Murder She Wrote, I would recommend Bones. It has a lot of the elements of Matlock with an ensemble cast who all pitch in to solve the mystery. I also forgot to mention the Hercule Poroit series also from A&E. I don't think you can every really go wrong with Agatha Christie, but David Suchet does the character proud.

I think so. Gosh I feel so trashy for watching Days but I started a few months ago and got addicted.

I liked her very much as well, but will have to wait till it comes back on our series channel. At the moment mine is Midsummer Murders, on the Hallmark channel, with John Nettles, who plays Chief Inspector Tom Barnaby.

They have Murder, She Wrote on DVD. I will get them eventually. I have never heard of Midsummer Murders. Is it British?

dear yes, my all-time favorite is Hawaii 50, then Magnum PI, then Columbo, then Murder She Wrote...now new shows are cold case, numbers, csi, ghost whisperer, the missing 24 hours show, i forget the real name of it, maybe just missing?, and shark etc ...stanzi
