How long do you exercise?

Hi friend, if I were so lucky and were to be given such a large amount of money, my heart will definitely palpitate rapidly. I then will keep the money in the bank as fixed deposit so as to gain the interest while waiting to start a new company. If I could make any profit from the business I will then donate part of it to the charity organization regularly.

I exercise whenever I can for about 10 mins but a couple of times a day. I put my exercise machine next to me in the livingroom so it will make me want to get on it more I've only been doing it for 2 weeks and I can tell a difference in my clothes so I must be doing something right.

Water is zero calorie!
So it is always healthy to drink more than 8 glasses a day.
I am happy that I am on a dance session at home. What I do is put the radio on and start dancing. It really feels great to be fit!

Hello m_5ugar, My daily exercise includes stretching, push-up and sit-ups in the morning. I do all of this exercise for 30-45 minutes daily. In the afternoon I usually go out and walk around, brisk walking, for about 30-45minutes also. So basically its about 1-2 hours of exercise for me in a day. :-)

At first I want to write how much I enjoy exercise.I really like to do something for my body and even if I am lazy I would exercise becuase that feeling after is very enjoyable.It really depend on my day how many hours I exercise.When I am busy is not that much, usually about 20 -30 minutes, but when I have a lot of time, it would be about 1 hour or more.Anyway I think,
important is how regularly you exercis and no how many hours a day.
