How Do You Handle Your Anger?

When you're struggling with anger, it's common to blame others for every little thing. A true sign of strength is taking responsibility for yourself. Do you blame others for making you angry or do you just shrug it off and move on? Personally, when I get angry I go take a nice hot bath, relieves the tension, gives me time to think and cool off! When I get out of the tub I am ready to deal with whatever made me angry in the first place, lol! How do you deal with your anger?

Most of the time when I am going to lose my temper, I would control it by calming down myself without getting angry as I know clearly that it is no good to get angry at all. It does bad to our health as it is easy to make us suffer from heart attack. In most cases, I can control myself though not always.

1 Stay calm (deep breathing and practice will help)
2 Listen to what the person has to say, before trying to talk to him or her. I Won't argue,as it produces no positive results.
3.Ask myself, "How would I feel in his position?"
I try to practice these things..atleast a wee bit.. and i find some improvement in my attitude.

I used to have a horrible temper and was a thrower...meaning I'd get mad and throw anything and everything and I've got really good aim too. I have a friend who is a psychologist and he helped me with it so I don't throw things anymore. Usually when I get mad now, I just go off by myself and focus on something else for awhile.

I don't do well with dealing with anger at first. I literally have to walk away and get away from people for a while. I listen to music and jusot take the time I need to cool down. I have a short temper, but I also know to take responsibilty for my temper. Like, I can acknowlwdge when I'm in the wrong and it doesn't bother me. Well, it depends on the circumstance and the person I guess.

welll i guess anger is thr root cuz of anythin and everythin that might go wrong with u in a perticular situation,,,a person has to learn how to control his anger,,,it even happens when u talk to ppl,,and also in some cases with ur parents and ll,but i guess thinkin and understandin the situation and then sayin anythin will help u to control ur anger and be in total control of the situation

I know that all of us in this world know how to be anger.But me sometimes I cant made to hold my anger in one person. I want to express it in personal and in front of that person. But sometimes also I can made tohandle my anger especially when it comes to my parents and in my friends because I dont want to be loss in my life because I consider them as a part of my life. If they will gone I think also one of my best part in mylife had also gone. I dont want them to live me because only of that anger. But still we are only a human being but also still we can handle our emotions in many way.
