Money is not everything.Do u agree or Disagree from the idea?

Money is just a symbol of wealth and material things (ie. money represents something but in itself is just paper or coins). So if you think money is everything, then you are saying that your possessions and material belongings are everything. Anybody with a friend or a child knows that money has it's place but is certainly not everything.

Well, I'm sorry to say that this is not a meaningful topic. There must be no one who disagrees with this idea. Everyone knows that money does not mean all. There are many things that money can not buy.

well there are definitely certain things that money cannot buy such as ones health or friends or family (which everyone should be thankful for!!) but money certainly does help (who doesnt like to eat???) but no one really needs an excess of money...who needs a $500 purse or a $700 pair of shoes???

Money is not everything. There are other things that bring happiness in life. Love, family, friends, work,those are things that also bring happiness in life. Money can only buy material things. Things to eat, things to wear, things that we can hold. But money cannot buy happiness. No matter how much money a man would have, if he does not have a family or a loved one to share happiness with, he can never be happy.

Hi simplyman, Money isn't everything. Some of the richest people are very unhappy. Everyone should have the necessities of life, but to very wealthy does not mean being very satisfied with life. Blessings.

well its very true,,money is not everythin,,,and as u said it cant buy love,,cant buy happiness but in todays materialistic world i guess it has become everythin for everyone,,,the prime importance in a persons life today is money..,,they forget that it can only buy them socialistic stuff but not the real thing thnx

Money isn't everything, it can't buy you happiness. I admit it, money is really important but still there are lots of things that are far more important than money like your family. And besides, the best things in life are free =)

I disagree with that because not anytime money is needed in life...when you die money is not needed in you other life..

money is not everything. i'd rather have less of it but a lot of love than lots of money but no love.

It is true...money is not everything...."Man cannot live by bread alone" and money is only a tool to have access to our basic needs or the things that we enjoy doing like, travelling, studying, hobbies, etc....but when it comes to personal relationships & personal growth, money is not the answer & it cannot buy you happiness nor true love.

No, i don't think that money is everything. It can help you do most things but you can never buy love with it. Money is just a tool in order life fully.

yeeh..money cant buy everything..most especially LOVE money cant buy LOVE..money can buy everything material..you can buy what you wanted to buy, expensive cars,expensive jewelries,expensive clothes, built mansions..but what are for all of these if there is no LOVE in you heart??? if you may think, there are people who are very rich in money..but why there are always saying there is lacking..its because there is no LOVE and HAPPINESS in that family.. that is why MONEY cant replace LOVE and HAPPINESS...

Yeah right! Money is not everything in our lives. As the line of the bible says that, "man can not live with bread alone". That simply proves that we can't survive with money alone. Yes, it is true that without money, we can't afford to buy our basic needs (food, water, shelter). I must admit that money is important in human lives but it doesn't mean everything. Money can buy all the material things but can never buy happiness. We need others love in order for us to keep surviving in this cruel world.

well, i completely agree with you that money is not everything... in fact, there are a lot of things that you can't buy with money... i never want to have lots of money... i only ask God that i have sufficient money and can life happily... that is more important than money...

Nope, money is not everything. There are more important things like love and family. But let's face it: We live in a financial world. Everything involves money: Food, education, getting married, etc. So it is important that we educate ourselves about the power of money and how it works. That way we can make it work to our advantage. Then that will make life easier.

When I was young money never really was an issue, and it certainly isnt now either. I dont earn much and I really dont care. Money only offers me more options, not happiness or feeling of success. It doesnt really provide security (but its something you can enhance by having more money), so no... money doesnt do anything to but being a means to daily life. I only need it to pay my rent and my food, the rest is up to me. I have an uncle who nearly buggled under when I told him what career I wanted many years back... His only argument was: But theres no room for advancement and the income is bad!!!!" Well Im doing what I love to do, and I live my life pretty much as I dreamed I wanted to. My uncle just got divorced cause he didnt have time for his family, and is pretty much in a hole emotionally that his life is unfulfilled... But he has lots of money....

You are right, I am experiencing the same fact in my life. Money can buy you pleasures but not peace of mind.

people WITH money thinks it is everything, people WITHOUT money thinks otherwise.

Yes,money is not everything.But there is nothing to do without money.In real life,you can't live without money.Love is a demand.Mostly,love is for everyone,and money is also for everyone.
