What do you do when you can't track your hits?

I recently had a computer crash, and some of my info wasn't backed up. So--of course I don't remember everywhere I placed my links, or all of the traffic sites I had placed liks on. Well, now, one of my affiliate sites has been getting over 1200 hits a day and I can't figure out where they are coming from. Any Ideas anyone?
