Good for you! Well, in my case, I do not have allergies too. I just do what is right by eating nutritious foods and exercising regularly.

I do have. It is in my genes to have allergies. My mother passed it one me I guess. She also have allergies.
I also remember my grandmother, the mother of my mother, also have allergies.
Allergies are some of the few things we cannot control in this life. God bless!

I have some and they are hard to pin down. Sometimes its dust (makes some cleaning endeavors a bit of a pill in the early going). Many othertimes its a pollen of some sort. I've learned to live with it as best I can.

i have acne on my face,i can,t remove them from my face forever,may be it is because i am in puberty and my body release too much male hormone that stimulate .i think it common,a real man !
