Whom do you tell your sorrows to?

i am dealing with almost different gravity of problems everyday.. well thats my profession to guide others for their solutions on their problems.. as for my own problem, i would rather keep it to myself and find time to think of possible options to fix it.. i grew up with others knowing me as a jolly person.. i remember that they once told me that whenever they see me its as if i don't have any problems.. i, maybe, had experienced even the most difficult problems in my life.. and those made me stronger and wiser.. but if i am about to burst up, because of both work and personal, i go to any arcade and just play some games which requires a lot of physical activities.. that's my output to all the negative things i am feeling.. :D

I have a mother in the church and my pastor that I take these sorrows to and the fact that I have Jesus christ as my Saviour make it even better. There are some things that I will never share with anyone so I tell Jesus and really talk to him about it and he takes me through them. The next person is my daughter we sit and reason things out too!
