how many calories do you burn when you walk almost 2 kilometers in an hour?

subin_loyolite time doesn't factor into it....depends on how hilly the terain is(walking uphill is obviously harder than down) and the distance gone....assuming the course is the same you burn the same amount of calories having run a mile as you do walking the same...
